Viv is the co-owner of Restore Wellbeing, a space she created with Sharlene to provide a range of natural and holistic health options under one roof.
Viv leads the team of Massage Therapists at Restore, She relishes a challenge and brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. As well as her Massage qualifications Viv also is a certified practitioner in The Feldenkrais Method® and combines her decade of knowledge and experience in the Massage Therapy field with using neuroplasticity to teach movement and awareness, creating possibilities for new neural pathways and changes in lifelong habitual movement patterns, allowing her clients to move with ease and less pain.
She loves working with clients to help them better understand how awareness of their day to day movement is affecting them and how having different movement options could serve them better and help them to manage and alleviate pain, stress and anxiety. Viv offers one on one Functional Integration Lessons and teaches group Awareness through Movement lessons and workshops in the community.
She has worked extensively with a wide range of people including pregnant women, athletes, office workers as well as people in desperate need of a little rest and relaxation. Suzy has a particular interest in working with women and couples who would like to improve their reproductive health, ready for a healthy pregnancy and baby. She works with people having issues getting pregnant, those who have experienced miscarriages, those going through Artificial Reproductive Technologies (e.g. IVF) and those looking to get in shape for a healthy pregnancy. She will provide you with dietary guidelines, lifestyle changes and prescribe herbs or supplements and refer for tests, where required. Then arrange regular follow ups to help women better understand when they are fertile and to work with you to follow a preconception treatment plan tailored to you.

She is a Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, as well as a Fertility Educator and she helps women to turn around their health and feel amazing – especially whilst navigating through lifes challenges such as stress, anxiety, grief, dieting & weight loss, puberty, infertility, menopause, and hormones gone wild.
Under Chantelle’s care you will benefit from a combination of therapies such as: targeted supplements, herbal medicine, nutrition, massage, coaching, fertility charting and functional testing. When you work with her you will get an honest and loving review of your health. If you need to address a health concern, she will take it seriously, and together you will create a treatment plan that works for you.
Chantelle lives in West Auckland, with her husband and 2 fur babies. Outside of Clinic, and research, she loves to spend time exploring NZ and the world, meeting new people and seeing new sights.
Nine years ago Chantelle experienced burnout while in an extremely stressful work situation. Her body and mind (and spirit!) could not take any more, and after her first miscarriage she decided it was time to quit her job and walk away. What followed was a year of unsuccessful job hunting, and a general decline in wellbeing, after some serious introspection she realised what she wanted to be, and shortly after began her studies to become a Naturopath.
Over the years Chantelle has worked hard to heal her nervous system, to nourish her soul, balance her hormones, and to understand the infertility that herself and her husband have experienced. Virginia graduated with her Masters of Osteopathy in 2007. She initially ran a busy practice in Albany, Auckland, before she began splitting her time between clinical work and teaching at Unitec’s Osteopathy School. These days Virginia is busy with family life so she has chosen to restart her osteopathic practice closer to home.
In her clinical practice, Virginia relishes the challenge of working with people that are facing complex issues with their health. This often includes chronic pain, headaches, or recurrent injury. Virginia is ACC registered and can help with new or unresolved injuries. She enjoys collaborating with other health professionals to ensure that her patients are accessing the best healthcare possible.
