Ange offers one on one personalised sessions that are tailored to one’s goals and fitness level. Pilates can help with postural issues, injury prevention, rehab, weight loss and pre post-natal to help build the core and pelvic muscles after or before birth. She has been a Pilates trainer for 8 years and has worked with various people. Ange has a special interest in helping people with injuries, weight loss and pre- and post-natal Pilates.
